Brand & Experiential
For brand marketing teams and experiential agencies: on-site photo and short-form video for your festival sponsorship, your branded lounge, your artist meet-and-greet, your pop-up. Scoped paid-ad usage, exclusivity, and raw files available. For artists and venues, a recurring content retainer is on the same page.
Who It's For
A sampling of what gets briefed.
How to Hire
Shaped for the brief, quoted per project.
Up to 4 hours covering a single activation moment or launch.
A full day on-site, photo and vertical video from one person or a crew.
Multi-day activation + festival ambient. Second shooter available.
Usage & Rights
Everything is scoped in writing. No surprise bills, no retroactive scope-creep. The levers below are the ones that actually move cost on brand work.
Recurring
For the acts, promoters, and venues who need steady content without a staff shooter. Fixed show count per month, predictable billing, consistent delivery.
Enough for a steady feed and a monthly recap drop.
Weekly content without staffing a shooter.
More nights, more deliverables, exclusivity options.
Common Questions
Yes. White-label production for experiential or creative agencies is a common path. I can bill the agency directly and deliver into your production or client-asset workflow.
Yes. On larger activations I bring or hire a second shooter so photo and video are not fighting for the same hands. On a tight activation footprint I can run both solo across a half-day.
Base scope covers the brand's organic social and internal use. Paid-ad usage, extended duration, exclusivity, and raw files are quoted as separate line items. Press and editorial reuse is written in by case.
Three months, with a 30-day cancellation notice after that. Retainers are structured around a set number of shows per month with a fixed deliverable rhythm so planning and billing are predictable on both sides.
Yes, with the licensing scope written in. If the retainer includes any paid-ad or exclusive content, that is scoped separately so pricing and rights stay clean.
Not unless it is a specifically agreed audience sponsorship on top of production. See the audience sponsorship page for how paid distribution through GITP works.
